What services do you offer?

CURATE is a full-service interior design firm managing the process from concept to installation.
If you are located outside of New Jersey, there is a virtual consultation option that would be paid by the hour.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes, we have a free 15 minute discovery call. After this call, we will send you a questionnaire (takes about 30 minutes). Once we receive the questionnaire back, we will set up a time to meet you (and any other decision makers) to view the space.

After this meeting, CURATE will draw up the contract and set up a time to review and sign. This meeting with go over pricing and confirm the full scope of work.

What should I expect as I have never worked with an interior designer before?

While every project is unique, CURATE is with you through the entire process.

We begin by getting to know you and how you live and use your space. From there, we will create floor plans, lighting plans, fabric, lighting, rugs, and material selections and present to you. We keep you up to date on pricing and where we stand within your budget. Once you approve the design, we begin ordering all materials and furniture from our exclusive trade-only partners.

Every single piece is carefully chosen, or CURATEd for you. We use a mix of retail and fully custom furniture.

Functionality and quality are of utmost importance.

What do you mean when you say ‘retail’ vs. ‘custom’ furniture?

Custom furniture we can select every element including the finish, fabric, and overall size. This ensures the furniture will fit your space and goes with the colors we’ve selected. Rather than choosing from the limited finish, fabric, ad size options of a retail item.
