After growing up in Virginia and over a decade in North Carolina, Katelyn moved up to New Jersey in 2020. Along with bringing a bit of Southern Traditional style, she brings a unique background to the interior design industry…Katelyn’s father owns a residential construction company and she enjoyed tagging along on weekends to check on the projects. From a young age, she’s seen the entire home building process and privy to the challenges to anticipate along the way. This piqued her interest to work in real estate throughout college. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, then working in event planning; she put her skills towards the real passion…interior design. CURATE Interior Designs focuses on Residential Interior Design along with experience in Hospitality Interior Design.

Katelyn received her Interior Design Certification from Parsons at The New School of Art and Design in New York City.

She is a member of American Society of Interior Designers as well as Interior Design Society, NJ Chapter.
